MANDATES

• Planning, determining, coordinating, and executing all logistics for the Union’s convention
• Constitute local organizing committee (LOC) where necessary
• Determine appropriate dates, time, programs of events, theme for the convention in focus
• Proposed convention budget and source of funding, runs solicitation
• Mobilization of the hosting city members for a successful convention
• Produce brochure, or any other necessary items for the convention
• Brief the executive council through the president on their activities on regular basis
• Submit a comprehensive report of the convention to the Union at the end of event.
• Submit all pictures, videos of the convention to the website management committee
